On July 7th, Biniam Hadish made an order to a global travel agency, asking for Ethiopia eVisa.
On July 10th Biniam received the eVisa and then disputed the order, scamming the company. The company paid full fee for the eVisa.
The company will report his criminal actions to global agencies throughout the world.
