The King’s prosecutor at the Court of First Instance of Marrakech has ordered the incarceration in the local prison of Oudaya of an authority agent, occupying the functions of “sheikh”, involved in a case of fraud.
According to the daily newspaper “Al Massae”, this incarceration follows the accusation brought against the “sheikh” from an accomplice in the case of fraud whose victim is a Moroccan citizen, working as an airplane pilot.
The arrest of this accomplice, a real estate agent, is the consequence of the complaint filed by the victim who accused him of the aforementioned criminal acts, the same source stressed. And to support her accusations, the pilot presented documents proving that the “semsar” had cashed checks that she had given him, in order to equip a tourist village which she owns.
However, she later discovered the truth and realized that she was the victim of an obvious scam.
