Documentation: Rabbi Pinto’s Nightly Prayer at the Graves of the Righteous in Monsey

Headed by Rabbi Yoshiyahu Yosef Pinto and attended by dozens of his followers, a moving prayer was held near the grave of the righteous Rabbi Chaim Zanvil Abramovich – the Rebbe of Ribnitz Zi”a, who is buried in Monsey, USA.

For the People of Israel: Last night, shortly before midnight, a moving prayer took place near the grave of Rabbi Chaim Zanvil Abramovich – the Rebbe of Ribnitz Zi”a, in Monsey, USA.

The prayer ceremony was led by Rabbi Yoshiyahu Yosef Pinto, leader of Shova Yisrael in the Land of Israel and worldwide, and attended by dozens of his followers.

This prayer was conducted against the backdrop of the complex situation facing Jews around the world, who are currently experiencing severe anti-Semitism and incitement. In light of this situation, Rabbi Pinto requested to hold the prayer near the grave of the righteous man known for his great salvation. Accompanying Rabbi Pinto was his son, Rabbi Meir Eliyahu Pinto.

Afterward, Rabbi Pinto visited other graves of the righteous buried in the Monsey cemetery, including the grave of the Kassov Rebbe, zt”l, who passed away last week, and the grave of Rabbi Moshe New Yorker, zt”l.

“The people of Israel are in great trouble. The whole world is shocked and troubled by wars. Our sages taught us that everything God does in the world is for Israel, so that we can wake up and pray. The merit of the righteous will protect all of Israel,” Rabbi Pinto said after the prayer ceremony.

In recent months, Rabbi Pinto has frequently visited and strengthened the Shova Yisrael yeshivas scattered around the world. Last week, he visited yeshivas in Morocco, Miami, and New York, and in the coming days, he is expected to visit more locations.
